Banyan has adopted the Ontario Broader Public Sector Supply Chain Code of Ethics as required of Designated Public Sector Organizations receiving funding from the Province of Ontario. In addition, Banyan has amended its procurement and expense policies to comply with the Broader Public Sector Accountability Act (BPSAA).
